How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Body Double by paying , choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Karmic Guide. |
2 | When Body Double enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Karmic Guide. |
3 | Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Body Double. |
4 | Resolve the Body Double trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield. |
5 | When Karmic Guide enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Body Double. |
6 | Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Karmic Guide. |
7 | Resolve the Karmic Guide trigger, returning Body Double from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Karmic Guide. |
