How does this combo work?

2 | Activate a creature by tapping it, adding at least . |
3 | Cast Mystic Speculation with buyback by paying due to Elminster. |
4 | Chakram Retriever triggers , untapping the mana-producing creature. |
5 | Resolve Mystic Speculation, causing you to scry 3 and return it to your hand. |
