How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Phantom Steed by paying its mana cost. |
2 | When Phantom Steed enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Abdel Adrian until Phantom Steed leaves the battlefield. |
3 | Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, causing Icewind Stalwart to return to the battlefield from exile. |
4 | When Icewind Stalwart enters the battlefield, it triggers, blinking Phantom Steed. |
5 | Phantom Steed leaves and enters the battlefield, causing Abdel Adrian to return to the battlefield from exile and triggering Abdel Adrian and Phantom Steed. |
6 | Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Icewind Stalwart and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token. |
7 | Resolve the Phantom Steed trigger, exiling Abdel Adrian until Phantom Steed leaves the battlefield. |
8 | Repeat from step 3. |
