Steps

1. Activate Nevinyrral by paying , blinking itself.
2. Nevinyrral enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
3. Resolve the Nevinyrral trigger, creating a tapped 2/2 Zombie creature token for each creature that's died this turn.
4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Nevinyrral.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Zombies, adding .
