How does this combo work?

2 | Najeela triggers at least three times, creating at least three 1/1 Warrior creature tokens that are tapped and attacking. |
3 | Activate Ashnod's Altar three times by sacrificing three Warriors, adding  . |
4 | Activate Najeela by paying  , untapping all attacking creatures, giving them trample, lifelink and haste, and gaining an additional combat phase after this one. |
5 | Repeat each combat phase. |
