Steps
  1. Deal combat damage to a player with Lathril.
  2. Lathril triggers, creating at least six 1/1 Elf Warrior tokens.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing five Elf Warrior tokens, adding .
  4. Activate Najeela by paying , untapping all attacking creatures, giving them trample, lifelink and haste, and gaining an additional combat phase after this one.
  5. Repeat.
