How does this combo work?

3 | Activate Phyreixan Altar five times by sacrificing Avenger of Zendikar and four Plant tokens, adding . |
4 | Activate Horde of Notions by paying , casting Avenger of Zendikar from your graveyard without paying its mana cost. |
5 | Repeat from step 2. |
6 | Once you have infinite creature tokens, you may activate Phyrexian Altar any number of times. |
