How does this combo work?

Activate Zur by paying 1, causing All Will Be One to become an enchantment creature until end of turn.

Cast Phyresis by paying 1, attaching it to All Will Be One.

Put a counter on a permanent or player.

All Will Be One triggers, giving an opponent a poison counter and causing you to gain 1 life.

Repeat step 4.
