Decaying Soil must be on the battlefield. Phyrexian Altar must be on the battlefield. Memnite must be in hand. You have at least seven cards in your graveyard.
Steps
  1. Cast Memnite by paying 0.
  2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Memnite, adding 1.
  3. When Memnite dies, Decaying Soil triggers, causing you to pay 1 to return Memnite to your hand from your graveyard.
  4. Repeat.
