Decaying Soil must be on the battlefield. Phyrexian Altar must be on the battlefield. Ornithopter must be in hand. You have at least seven cards in your graveyard.
Steps
  1. Cast Ornithopter by paying 0.
  2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Ornithopter, adding 1.
  3. When Ornithopter dies, Decaying Soil triggers, causing you to pay 1 to return Ornithopter to your hand from your graveyard.
  4. Repeat.
