Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Puppeteer Clique, adding  . |
2 | When Puppeteer Clique dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it to the battlefield from your graveyard with a -1/-1 counter on it. |
3 | When Puppeteer Clique enters the battlefield, it triggers, putting target creature card from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. |
4 | Activate Quillspike by paying and removing the -1/-1 counter from Puppeteer Clique, giving Quillspike +3/+3 until end of turn. |
5 | Repeat. |
6 | You may also sacrifice the creature put under your control by Puppeteer Clique during each iteration to get infinite colored mana. |
