How does this combo work?

3 | Taii Wakeen and Boros Reckoner trigger. |
4 | Resolve the Taii Wakeen trigger, causing you to draw a card. |
5 | Resolve the Boros Reckoner trigger, dealing 3 damage to any target. |
6 | Resolve the Chain of Plasma copy, dealing 3 damage to Boros Reckoner and causing you to discard a card and copy Chain of Plasma targeting Boros Reckoner. |
7 | Repeat from step 3. |
