How does this combo work?

2 | Icewind Stalwart and Preston trigger. |
3 | Resolve the Icewind Stalwart trigger, blinking another permanent you control. |
4 | Resolve the Preston trigger, creating a token copy of Icewind Stalwart that is a 0/1 Illusion. |
5 | When the Icewind Stalwart token enters the battlefield, it triggers, blinking the nontoken Icewind Stalwart. |
6 | Repeat from step 2. |
