How does this combo work?

3 | Activate Sling-Gang Lieutenant by sacrificing a Goblin. |
4 | Kiki-JIki triggers, untapping itself. |
5 | Resolve the Sling-Gang Lieutenant ability, causing target player to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life. |
6 | Repeat. |
