How does this combo work?

3 | The Tentacle enters the battlefield, triggering Marneus. |
4 | Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Tentacle, adding . |
5 | Resolve the Marneus trigger, causing you to draw a card. |
6 | Repeat from step 2. |
