Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast a green creature spell by paying 2 life. |
2 | Defiler of Vigor and Silverback Elder each trigger. |
3 | Resolve the Silverback Elder trigger, gaining 4 life. |
4 | Resolve the Defiler of Vigor trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control. |
5 | Resolve the creature spell. |
6 | Cloudstone Curio triggers; if the other creature is on the battlefield, return it to your hand; otherwise choose not to return anything. |
7 | Repeat any number of times. |
8 | Repeat any number of times again, this time choosing either of Silverback Elder's other modes. |
