Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Thrasta by paying and commander tax, if applicable. |
2 | Activate Food Chain by exiling Thrasta, adding thirteen that can only be spent to cast creature spells. |
3 | Choose to have Thrasta returned to the command zone from exile. |
4 | Cast Thrasta from the command zone by paying  less than the previous casting cost due to Thrasta's first ability and additional commander tax. |
5 | Repeat from step 2. |
