Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Woe Strider by sacrificing the persist creature. |
2 | When the persist creature dies, its persist ability and Gorma trigger. |
3 | Resolve the Gorma trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it. |
4 | Resolve the persist trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Gorma. |
5 | Resolve the Woe Strider ability. |
6 | Repeat |
