Ghostly Flicker must be in hand. Great Whale must be on the battlefield. Eternal Witness must be on the battlefield. You control up to seven lands that can tap to produce at least 2.
Steps
  1. Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Eternal Witness and Great Whale.
  3. When Eternal Witness and Great Whale enter the battlefield, their abilities trigger.
  4. Resolve the Eternal Witness trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker to your hand from your graveyard.
  5. Resolve the Great Whale trigger, untapping up to seven lands.
  6. Repeat.
  7. If you control seven lands that can tap to produce at least 3, this combo nets infinite mana, and you may blink any other permanent besides Great Whale.
