Steps

1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Helm of the Host triggers, creating a token copy of Kodama of the East Tree that isn't legendary.
2. Play Azorius Chancery.
3. Kodama of the East Tree, the Kodama of the East Tree token, and Azorius Chancery trigger.
4. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree token's trigger, choosing not to put anything from your hand onto the battlefield.
5. Resolve the Azorius Chancery trigger, returning it to your hand.
6. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree trigger, putting Azorius Chancery onto the battlefield.
7. The Kodama of the East Tree token and Azorius Chancery trigger.
8. Resolve the Azorius Chancery trigger, returning it to your hand.
9. Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree token's trigger, putting Azorius Chancery onto the battlefield.
10. Kodama of the East Tree and Azorius Chancery trigger.
11. Repeat from step 5.
12. At the beginning of your combat phase, Helm of the Host triggers, creating a nonlegendary token copy of Kodama of the East Tree with haste.
13. Play Azorius Chancery.
14. Both Kodama of the East Trees and Azorius Chancery trigger.
15. Resolve the token Kodama of the East Tree trigger, choosing not to put anything from your hand onto the battlefield.
16. Resolve the Azorius Chancery trigger, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
17. Resolve the nontoken Kodama of the East Tree trigger, putting Azorius Chancery from your hand onto the battlefield.
18. The token Kodama of the East Tree and Azorius Chancery trigger.
19. Resolve the Azorius Chancery trigger, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
