Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast any noncreature spell, paying its costs. |
2 | Neera and Displacer Kitten trigger, as do any Storm abilities or other cast triggers of the spell. |
3 | Resolve Displacer Kitten's ability, blinking Neera. |
4 | Resolve Neera's ability, putting the spell you cast on the bottom of your library, revealing cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card, casting that card without paying its mana cost, and putting the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. |
5 | Repeat from step 2 any number of times, until you choose to resolve a spell in step 4. |
6 | Resolve all cast triggers created in step 2. |
