Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Isochron Scepter by paying  and tapping it, casting a copy of Twiddle. |
2 | Thousand-Year Storm triggers, copying Twiddle for each other instant or sorcery you've cast before it this turn. |
3 | Resolve a copy of Twiddle, untapping Isochron Scepter. |
4 | If there is a remaining copy of Twiddle on the stack, resolve it, untapping a mana-producing land. |
5 | Activate that land by tapping it, adding  . |
6 | Repeat steps 4 and 5 until there are no more copies of Twiddle. |
7 | Repeat from step 1. |
