Wheel of Misfortune must be in hand. Mindslaver must be on the battlefield. Teferi, Time Raveler must be on the battlefield. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Activate Teferi's +1 loyalty ability, allowing you to cast sorcery spells whenever you could cast an instant until your next turn.
2. Activate Mindslaver by paying , tapping it, and sacrificing it, gaining control of them during their next turn.
3. Move to their turn.
4. Cast Wheel of Misfortune by paying , selecting an arbitrarily large number for the opponent you control, and dealing that much damage to the opponent if the oponent chose the largest number.
5. If the opponent didn't choose the largest number, Wheel of Misfortune deals that much damage to each opponent who chose the largest number.
