- All permanents on the battlefield.
- The persist creature does not have a -1/-1 counter on it.
Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing the persist creature.
- 2When the persist creature dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
- 3When the persist creature enters the battlefield, its fabricate ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
- 4Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
- 5Repeat.
