3 | Cast Increasing Vengeance by paying its mana cost, targeting the instant or sorcery cast in step 1. |
4 | Pyromancer's Goggles triggers, copying Increasing Vengeance, with the copy targeting the original Increasing Vengeance. |
5 | Resolve the copy of Increasing Vengeance, creating a copy of Increasing Vengeance targeting the original Increasing Vengeance. |
6 | Repeat step 5. |
