How does this combo work?

2 | When the Fiend Hunter token enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Kiki-Jiki until Fiend Hunter leaves the battlefield. |
3 | Activate Thermopod by sacrificing the Fiend Hunter token, adding . |
4 | When the Fiend Hunter token dies, it triggers, returning Kiki-Jiki from exile to the battlefield. |
5 | Repeat. |
