How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Genghis Frog either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax if applicable |
2 | When Genghis Frog enters, it triggers. |
3 | Holding priority, cast Artificial Evolution by paying its mana cost, changing all instances of "Mutant" on Genghis Frog to "Frog". |
4 | Resolve the Genghis Frog ability, creating a Mutagen token and a 1/1 Frog creature token due to Quina. |
5 | When the Frog enters, Genghis Frog triggers, creating a Mutagen token and a 1/1 Frog creature token due to Quina. |
6 | Repeat step 5. |
