How does this combo work?

2 | Activate Palinchron by paying , blinking it. |
3 | When Palinchron enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger. |
4 | Resolve the Palinchron trigger, untapping up to seven lands. |
5 | Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Palinchron. |
6 | Repeat. |
