Forerunner of the Coalition must be on the battlefield. Timestream Navigator must be on the battlefield. Meneldor, Swift Savior must be on the battlefield. Meneldor does not have summoning sickness. An opponent cannot block Meneldor. You have the city's blessing. You have an effect that grants Timestream Navigator haste each turn. Mana needed: the first turn, with available each extra turn

Steps

1. Activate Timestream Navigator by paying , tapping and putting it on the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Deal combat damage to an opponent with Meneldor.
3. Meneldor triggers, blinking Forerunner of the Coalition.
4. Forerunner of the Coalition enters, triggering its first ability, causing you to search your library for Timestream Navigator and put it on top of your library.
5. Move to your next turn, drawing Timestream Navigator during your draw phase.
6. Cast Timestream Navigator by paying .
7. Timestream Navigator enters the battlefield, triggering Forerunner of the Coalition's second ability, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
8. Repeat.
