How does this combo work?

3 | Activate Hell's Caretaker by sacrificing Deceiver Exarch, returning Pestermite from your graveyard to the battlefield. |
4 | Pestermite enters the battlefield, untapping Hell's Caretaker. |
5 | Repeat. |
