How does this combo work?

2 | When the Hostage Taker token enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Kiki-Jiki until Hostage Taker leaves the battlefield. |
3 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Hostage Taker token, adding . |
4 | When the Hostage Taker token dies, Kiki-Jiki is returned from exile to the battlefield. |
5 | Repeat. |
