Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker must be on the battlefield. Phyrexian Altar must be on the battlefield. Hostage Taker must be on the battlefield.
Steps
  1. Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, creating a token copy of Hostage Taker.
  2. When the Hostage Taker token enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Kiki-Jiki until Hostage Taker leaves the battlefield.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Hostage Taker token, adding one mana of any color.
  4. When the Hostage Taker token dies, Kiki-Jiki is returned from exile to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.
