Steps

1. Cast any instant or sorcery by paying its mana cost.
2. Stormsplitter triggers, creating a token copy of Stormsplitter.
3. Cast Reiterate with buyback by paying , tapping two copies of Stormsplitter, and tapping Caetus.
4. Both Stormsplitters triggers, creating two token copies of themselves.
5. Reiterate resolves, copying the spell from step 1 and returning itself to your hand.
6. Cast Reiterate with buyback by paying and tapping two token copies of Stormsplitter.
7. Each Stormsplitter you control triggers, creating four token copies of Stormsplitter.
8. Reiterate resolves, copying the spell from step 1 and returning itself to your hand.
9. Cast Reiterate with buyback by paying and tapping four token copies of Stormsplitter.
10. Each Stormsplitter you control triggers, creating that many token copies of Stormsplitter.
