How does this combo work?

3 | The Insect creature token enters the battlefield, triggering Cathars' Crusade, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control. |
4 | Benthic Biomancer triggers, causing you to draw a card, and then discard a card. |
5 | Repeat from step 2. |
