Prerequisites
What do I need to start this combo?
- All permanents on the battlefield.
- You control a noncreature nontoken artifact that can be cast using only red mana. Slobad and Emry do not have summoning sickness.
Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Activate Slobad by tapping and sacrificing the artifact, adding an amount of
equal to the artifact's mana value. - 2Activate Emry by tapping it, allowing you to cast the artifact from your graveyard this turn.
- 3Cast the artifact from your graveyard by paying its mana cost.
- 4Jeskai Ascendancy triggers twice.
- 5Resolve the first Jeskai Ascendancy trigger, giving creatures you control +1/+1 until end of turn and untapping them.
- 6Resolve the second Jeskai Ascendancy trigger, causing you to loot.
- 7Repeat.
