How does this combo work?

2 | Flickering Hound triggers, blinking Spell Queller. |
3 | When Spell Queller enters, its first ability triggers, exiling the first creature spell. |
4 | Cast the second creature spell from your hand by paying its mana cost. |
5 | Flickering Hound triggers, blinking Spell Queller. |
6 | When Spell Queller enters, its first and second abilities trigger. |
7 | Resolve the first trigger, exiling the second creature spell. |
8 | Resolve the second trigger, casting the first creature spell from exile without paying its mana cost. |
9 | Flickering Hound triggers, blinking Spell Queller. |
10 | When Spell Queller enters, its first and second abilities trigger. |
11 | Resolve the first trigger, exiling the first creature spell. |
12 | Resolve the second trigger, casting the second creature spell from exile without paying its mana cost. |
13 | Repeat from step 5. |
