How does this combo work?

3 | Nadir Kraken triggers twice, causing you to pay  to put two +1/+1 counters on Nadir Kraken and create two 1/1 Tentacle creature tokens. |
4 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Tentacle, adding . |
