How does this combo work?
- 1Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Cadaver Imp, adding

- 3Resolve the Sifter of Skulls trigger, creating a 1/1 Eldrazi Scion creature token.
- 4Resolve the Liliana, Heretical Healer trigger, exiling it and returning it to the battlefield transformed, and creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token.
- 5Activate Liliana, Defiant Necromancer's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it.
