How does this combo work?

2 | Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Shambling Ghast. |
3 | Shambing Ghast dies, creating a Treasure token. |
4 | Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Shambling Ghast's power. |
5 | Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding . |
6 | Cast Shambling Ghast from your graveyard by paying . |
