Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Cast Rot Hulk by paying.
- 2Rot Hulk enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Dual Nature.
- 3Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Rot Hulk, adding one mana of any color.
- 4Dual Nature's second ability triggers, exiling all tokens named Rot Hulk.
- 5Resolve the Rot Hulk trigger from step 2, failing to return anything to the battlefield.
- 6Resolve the Dual Nature trigger from step 2, creating a token copy of Rot Hulk.
- 7The token copy of Rot Hulk enters the battlefield, returning Rot Hulk from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- 8Repeat from step 2.
