Dualcaster Mage must be in hand. Not Dead After All must be in hand. Ashnod's Altar must be on the battlefield. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cost Not Dead After All by paying , targeting a creature you control.
2. Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying .
3. When Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Not Dead After All, with the copy targeting Dualcaster Mage.
4. Resolve the copy of Not Dead After All.
5. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage, adding .
6. When Dualcaster Mage dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield with a Wicked Role token attached to it.
7. When Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Not Dead After All, with the copy targeting Dualcaster Mage.
8. Resolve the copy of Not Dead After All.
9. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage, adding .
10. When Dualcaster Mage dies, it and the Wicked Role token attached to it trigger.
11. Resolve the Wicked Role trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
12. Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a Wicked Role token attached to it.
13. Repeat from step 7.
