How does this combo work?

3 | Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay  to copy Seeker of Skybreak's ability, targeting Selvala. |
4 | Resolve both Seeker of Skybreak abilities, untapping it and Selvala. |
5 | Repeat. |
