Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Dark Ritual by paying , adding . |
2 | Activate Cormela by paying  and tapping them, adding that can only be used to cast instants or sorceries. |
3 | Cast Saw in Half by paying  targeting Cormela, destroying them and creating two token copies of Cormela with half the destroyed creature's base power and toughness. |
4 | Put one of the Cormela tokens in the graveyard due to the legend rule. |
5 | The Cormela that died in step 3 and the Cormela that died in step 4 each trigger when they die, returning Dark Ritual and Saw in Half from your graveyard to your hand. |
6 | Repeat. |
