Steps

1. Cast Bonus Round by paying and let it resolve.
2. Activate nonland permanents by tapping them to add at least .
3. Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying .
4. Bonus Round triggers, copying Dramatic Resolve.
5. Let the copy of Dramatic Reversal resolve, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
6. Cast Narset's Reversal by paying .
7. Bonus Round triggers, causing you to copy Narset's Reversal and choose the original Narset's Reversal as its target.
8. Let the copy resolve, copying Narset's Reversal and returning it to your hand, and choosing Dramatic Reversal as its target.
9. Let the remaining Narset's Reversal copy resolve, copying Dramatic Reversal and returning it to your hand.
10. Activate nonland permanents by tapping them to add at least .
11. Let the Dramatic Reversal copy resolve, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
