How does this combo work?
1 | If able, activate Vivi by paying  , adding at least . |
2 | Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Vivi, adding . |
3 | When Vivi dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay  to return Vivi from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it. |
4 | Repeat. |
