Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Blasphemous Act by paying at most , dealing 13 damage to each creature. |
2 | Expedited Inheritance triggers for each creature dealt damage. |
3 | Resolve the first trigger, allowing the creature's controller to exile 13 cards from the top of their library with the ability until the end of their next turn |
4 | Repeat step 3 as needed for any remaining triggers. |
