How does this combo work?

2 | Pay  to turn Wormfang Manta face up. |
3 | Cast Capsize with buyback by paying  , returning Wormfang Manta from the battlefield to your hand and putting Capsize back into your hand. |
4 | Wormfang Manta's LTB ability triggers, creating an extra turn after this one. |
5 | Repeat each turn. |
