Steps
  1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Danitha.
  2. Danitha dies, triggering Kaya's Ghostform, returning Danitha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  3. Danitha enters the battlefield, returning Kaya's Ghostform from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to Danitha.
  4. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability from step 1, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  5. Repeat.
Results
Infinite +1/+1 counters on Carrion Feeder. Infinite death triggers. Infinite ETB. Infinite LTB. Infinite sacrifice triggers.
