How does this combo work?

2 | Worldspire Wurm dies, triggering itself and Verdant Succession. |
3 | Resolve the Worldspire Wurm trigger, shuffling it into your library. |
4 | Resolve the Verdant Succession trigger, searching your library for Worldspire Wurm, putting it onto the battlefield and shuffling your library. |
5 | Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Worldspire Wurm's power. |
6 | Repeat. |
