How does this combo work?

3 | Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Nervous Gardener's power. |
4 | Activate Nervous Gardener by tapping it, adding . |
5 | Activate Nervous Gardener's disguise ability by paying , turning it face-up. |
